Etiquette is about more than just saying “please” and “thank you” and holding your fork correctly. It is a fundamental part of how you present yourself to the world. It is also about how you look, dress, talk, walk and interact with others. This course will take you through have the right hair style for the right occasion, how to do your make-up, image and dressing for the occasion, shoes and walking in high heels, small talk. We also take you through the basics of social etiquette, telephone manners and social media etiquette. This module also introduces the basics of personal hygiene, dress codes, appropriacy of dress. Dress for special occasions, stain treatment and emergency intervention. It also outlines cross cultural differences, convention and aesthetics. Importance is given also to personal presentation and hygiene.
